You don’t need a restaurant-grade kitchen to cook delicious food. Whether you want ongoing instruction or a one-off course, in these intimate, hands-on cooking courses I’ll teach you to cook simple, delicious meals in the comfort of home.

Whether you want to have more energy and vitality, address a specific health condition, want to explore intuitive eating, or just want to take better care of yourself, I can help. Through these individualized sessions, we’ll assess your health goals and challenges, and create dietary and lifestyle recommendations that include menu and meal planning, grocery lists, recipes, and hands-on cooking lessons if desired. But no matter what you’re seeking, I’ll give you the tools you need to eat well, cook with confidence, and feel great.
