What does “quality” mean when it comes to ingredients and why does quality matter? Whether you’re a vegetarian, vegan, omnivore or eat with another philosophy, what you eat gets translated into your cellular structure. Using pantry staple, produce, and protein examples, this workshop will debunk common myths around protein, fat and carbohydrate intake, and teach you how to eat to best feed your unique self.
